39 WEEKS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One week until my due date!!!!Wait, what!!!!!???!!!!! Took today off from work, so only have one day of work left! I am off wed,thurs,friday, and alllll of next week for the baby to come on time! Christian is off this week, so he will be on call next week! Did some errands today, and we are stocking up on food : ) Christian is putting the baby swing and monitor together and we have the "mommy and baby" bags all set! "Dad" just has to get his bag together : ) We hear the key is snacks, snacks, and more snacks! I would not like to deliver and be hungry with no food around...i am not fun to be around when im hungry!
Yesterday Christian and I did "belly shots" with my mom and dad in CP! My dad worked so hard for two hours to get a ton of pics of "mom and dad to be...and little forie"! Will post some when i browse through the two hour shoot!
Feeling tired...excited...nervous....in a blur....hehehehhehehehe!!!!

March 22nd....37 Weeks!

Work Shower! March 12th!

Have been so behind in posting....sooo many wonderful events have taken place...its incredible! Being that I only have 12 days until the due date, I figured I better get some shots up before I get the "what was that" feeling, and am off to the hospital! My amazing friends at work threw me an even more amazing shower at work...so generous and thoughtful! From the underwater scene sign, to the flowers, food, books, gifts, and loving hugs and well wishes...it was just overwhelming <3 They are such incredible people...Christian and I are blessed to know them and have them in our lives. I mean, they were there from the "beginning" when he and I "met eyes across the school cafeteria"! Well, more like, secretly dated at work! Sharing this experience with my friends at work has meant so much...they are always smiling and asking how I'm doing...giving wonderful advice and calming my nerves....just amazing : )

I must be more tired....

haven't posted in ages...need to update so much! Getting ready for a nap, but wanted to check in!! I am now in my 37th week! Which means the baby can be considered "full term" soon....they say you can deliver at 38 weeks!!! I had an exam today and found out how the baby is positioned. As I had thought, the feet are by my right ribs with the tush facing my left side. Not alot of action on the left side at all, and the dr. confirmed that the baby is mostly on the right side. Not near any kind of "readiness" to deliver, so there is still time. The "leave replacement" comes in a week to shadow me, so that will be good. Been staying late at work getting things done...feeling more tired and the "cankles" are back! (Too much information...sorry!!) But, I'm managing! Jill and Mom Forie have been hard at work painting fishies and starting the turtle. Dad Santoro is heading over soon to do the last of his piece, the sand castle. Soon after, we will get the furniture in and start organizing clothing. I have NO IDEA what i need and will need!!! Have to organize my "mommy and daddy" bags for the hospital this week. Don't want to wait too long to do this stuff, bc my energy is getting low. Leaving in a bit to visit the hospital and take a tour of the nursery and delivery room!!! Crazy!!! Can't wait to see the babies!!! Thanks for checking in...here is a picture from my shower on March 7th!

So many wonderful things that are going on....five weeks to go....have to post pics from the AMAZING SHOWER this weekend.....tired....getting work ready for the replacement....falling behind on updating blog!!! Quick update for the week ahead....finished birthing class yesterday (missed one class last week due to being very sick and stomach flu)....breastfeeding class tomorrow, Fleetwood Mac concert Friday and Ann Marie's shower Saturday....rambling...tired....will check back soon <3
